LiMax - the slim strong linear actuator

LiMax stands for Linear actuator with maximum stroke force. Despite the slim design of the drive, with a diameter of 60 or 80 mm, stroke forces of up to 5,000 Newton can be realized. This makes the drive ideal for use in applications with minimum space and maximum stroke force requirements.
 
The surface parts are made of stainless steel. The drive is splash-proof (IP65). This allows it to be used in aggressive environments such as food technology.
Its appealing design also makes it suitable for applications in the field of vision of machinery and equipment as well as in facade technology.
 
The integrated limit switches are freely adjustable across the whole stroke length and fit in with the design concept because no parts are externally attached. This makes it easy to adjust the stroke length required for each application.
 
A wide range of options enables the actuator to be perfectly adapted to any application.

ESA "electronic limit switches" an important new feature for all Compacta slip-on shaft gear motors

The new ESA is compatible with every size of the well-established Compacta slip-on geared motors.
 
The electronic switching action allows the user to set not only two final positions but also 10 intermediate stop positions, each freely programmable and in both forward and reverse directions. Programming itself is simple and can be done in a matter of minutes with the help of two integrated buttons and three LEDs.
 
In comparison with the mechanical variants, which are still available, the new ESA provides greater switching and repetitive accuracy.
 
The ESA is compatible with most common PLC hardware and is also equipped with an integrated power supply unit and a rotary pulse encoder.
 
Compacta gear motors is a successful range of products that are widely used in many sectors, due to their space-saving design, lightweight construction, quiet operation and integrated controls. Equipped with the new ESA, there will now be many more areas of application for the Compacta range, where positional accuracy is of critical importance.

From now on you can buy our Mini 0, Mini 01 and Mini 1 actuators made exclusively of stainless steel (1.4301). The major benefits of this for you are its resistance to corrosion and aggressive environmental conditions and its "refined" design.

Thanks to the effects of rationalisation, we are able to offer you this product improvement for the Mini 0, Mini 01 and Mini 1 production series at no extra cost.

For the Mini 01, this improvement means that the outside diameter has changed from 78 mm to 80 mm. Otherwise the technical features remain the same.
